David Heineimeier Hansson (of Ruby on Rails and 37signals fame) gave a guest lecture at Stanford (view it here). I sat down thinking I’d spend 2 minutes on it and got completely sucked in. He’s got some great points, particularly about staying small. Worth looking at if you’ve got a little time and/or have an entrepreneurial personality.
